Through Understanding the effect of the Psychology of Sound and Vibration, this program will give Students and Parents tools to understand themselves as well as others. The program will also prepare them with the coping skills on what to do in various situations that will confront them during the school age youth's formative years, while Professional Development, and Community Workshops give valuable information to Parents, Teachers and Support Staff in Team and Community Building.

NYS SACC (New York State School Age Care Credentialed) Specialist,
Community Development / Youth Advocate, and Music Industry Professional.
Christopher Dean Sullivan Sr., have been the after school site director at a school located in the Bronx, NY, as well as the advisory counselor, at another Bronx after school program for 8 years prior, which became an award winning after school program 3 times during this time period, as well as, simultaneously facilitating the same in two other institutions. His duties were to oversee and supervise day to day operations with a staff of 18+. Working with, and the administering and implementation of the program budget. Advising and consulting families of various cultural backgrounds, countries and surrounding communities. Conduct staff training in compliance with the Department of Health, Department of Education, and Host Organization. Mr. Sullivan facilitate training's in Character Development / Conflict Resolution, Classroom Management, Bully Prevention, Violence Prevention, Aggressive Behavior Modification (for both youth and adults), and how to incorporate Literacy within the discipline given, whether it's within the form of art, physical activity, general instruction, or conversation. Within the program styled curriculum, literacy and leadership are an integral component, and is presented with a strong sense of comprehension. He has created, and conducted such training programs, workshops, and holding these positions for approximately 25 years plus, and have facilitated such organized strategies in various Elementary, Middle and High Schools, and communities within New York City and Upstate NY region, either as an initiative residency Student Advisory for At Risk students and young adults, Professional Development Workshop for Stress Management, Bully / Violence, and Gang Prevention, Anger management, as well as facilitate interactive workshops/clinics for Parent / Teacher Conferences, which address the subliminal effects of outside stimuli that perpetuates the Conflict Aggression , which initiates the Stress issues of the aforementioned.
